Her principal areas of expertise include, Digital innovation and client journeys, privacy, technology, SAAS, end-user agreement, vendor agreements, and general understanding of I.P laws. Product ownership, working capital, credit risk advisory, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, supply chain finance, treasury management solutions, procurement and tender advisory and security agreements.
